Stabilize Using the Posture Medic

The Posture Medic helps stabilise your shoulders through muscle training. By wearing the device you can maintain full range of motion, and it gently reminds you to correct your posture as soon as you begin to revert back to bad posture, such as slouching or hunching. It helps to build “muscle memory” so that you automatically go into the correct posture without any discomfort or difficulty. The special exercises help to improve the strength in the smaller muscles of the upper body which help you to stand and sit tall with your shoulders squared, your chin up, chest out and stomach in. Proper posture can be attained even when standing by using the Posture Medic and adopting the exercises. When standing, proper posture occurs when you can draw a straight line from your earlobe through your shoulder, hip, and knee and down to the middle of your ankle. Those with injury or trauma to their shoulder, i.e. dislocation, will find the  Posture Medic exercises especially beneficial.

30% of those exercising became pain-free.
